NAVSUP WSS seeks repair of the CAMERA SYSTEM,SURVE (CAGE 61099 / AB240-32101) under a bilateral firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated-price repair contract; test-and-evaluation-only quotes are not acceptable. The awardee must be an authorized repair source and comply with IUID, MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB source, and CAV reporting requirements. The Government requests a repair turnaround time of 110 days after receipt of the asset, with price reductions for inexcusable contractor delays and contractor-provided throughput constraints. Induction expires 365 days after contract award, and the Government may exercise a 100% option for 14 additional units within 365 days of award. Repair records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
