Pricing must be firm-fixed, not-to-exceed, or estimated for complete repair, and test-and-evaluation-only quotes will not be accepted. The Government requests a repair turnaround time of 270 days after receipt of asset, with an induction expiration date 180 days after contract award; throughput constraints and late-delivery price reductions apply. Contractors must meet IUID, MIL-STD packaging/marking, Government source inspection, FOB source, CAV reporting, and ISO9001 quality requirements. Quotes must include repair and total pricing, RTAT, CAGE/facility information, any BR/BER test-and-evaluation fee, a cost breakdown, and a quote expiration of at least 90 days.
