PROPELLER,MARINE
This Navy requirement is for repair of a left-hand LCU 1600 class propeller, with manufacture, inspection, testing, and packaging per the latest NAVSEA drawing and applicable specifications; the awardee must be an authorized repair source. Pricing must be firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated for full repair only—test-and-evaluation-only quotes are not accepted—and must cover receipt and complete repair including missing hardware, missing parts, handling damage, and wear damage. The requested repair turnaround time is 118 days after receipt of the asset, with induction expiring 180 days after contract award, and accelerated delivery is encouraged. Contractors must propose monthly throughput constraints, accept reconciliation price reductions for late RTAT performance, and provide required quote details such as RTAT, repair and new-unit pricing, CAGE data, cost breakdown, and at least a 90-day quote expiration. Performance requires MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB Source, CAV reporting, IUID compliance, CDRL reporting, and compliance with configuration-control and quality/inspection requirements.
