The Navy seeks repair of the CLUTCH,POSITIVE (CAGE 5S759, reference SL14726) under a firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated-price arrangement; test-and-evaluation-only quotes will not be accepted. The awardee must be an authorized repair source and must comply with repair, inspection/testing, IUID marking, MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB source, and CAV reporting requirements. The requested repair turnaround time is 107 days after receipt of the asset, with an induction expiration date 180 days after contract award and a contractor-provided monthly throughput constraint. Quotes must include repair unit/total price, RTAT, new unit price, CAGE and inspection/shipping facility information, cost breakdown, any BR/BER test-and-evaluation fee and basis, a price-reduction amount per unit/month for late RTAT up to a stated maximum, and a quote expiration of at least 90 days.
