The Navy seeks firm-fixed-price repair of the POWER SUPPLY, UNINT from an authorized repair source, evaluated under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria, with MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB Source, CAV reporting, and IUID compliance. Quotes must include repair unit price, total price, RTAT, new unit price, T&E fee/price for BR/BER determinations, award/inspection/facility CAGE data, cost breakdown, and a quote expiration of at least 90 days. The requested repair turnaround time is 399 days after receipt of asset, and the induction expiration date is 180 days after contract award, after which assets require bilateral agreement. Contractors must state a monthly throughput constraint, and late RTAT performance will incur per-unit/per-month price reductions up to a contractor-specified maximum. T&E-only quotes will not be accepted, and items determined BR/BER may have a negotiated reduced price not to exceed the contractor-provided T&E amount.
