The Navy seeks firm-fixed-price repair of a battery power supply, with only complete repair quotes accepted and test/evaluation-only quotes rejected. Award is limited to authorized repair sources; unauthorized sources will not delay award. The requested repair turnaround time is 247 days after asset receipt, and assets must be inducted within 180 days after contract award; late RTAT performance triggers per-unit/per-month price reductions. Quotes must include repair unit and total price, RTAT, new unit price, T&E fee if the asset is BR/BER, CAGE data, cost breakdown, and at least 90 days’ quote validity, and must comply with MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB source, CAV reporting, and IUID requirements. Evaluation will use lowest price technically acceptable among technically acceptable proposals.
