The Government intends a sole-source, firm-fixed-price or not-to-exceed contract with SECHAN Electronics Inc. in Lititz, PA, to repair 29 relay assembly units (Part No. 53711 6782248-1), while 33 EA of the relay assembly are to be delivered to DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, PA. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive quotes, though interested parties may identify their interest and capability or submit quotes for consideration. Award will require the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer to meet qualification requirements at time of award under FAR 52.209-1. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to source the part elsewhere and has determined that buying the data or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical.
