The requirement is for 5 each battery assembly (NSN 7H-6140-015805726, TDP VER 002), delivered to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp in Charlottesville, VA. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to purchase or contract repair from additional sources and has determined that buying the data or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. The proposed contract action is intended to be solicited and negotiated with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, and it is not a request for competitive proposals. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability, but award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets applicable qualification requirements at time of award.
