Delivery is specified to DLA Distribution New Cumberland, PA, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin, Tracy, CA. Interested responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements, though this is not a request for competitive proposals. Award requires the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer to meet applicable qualification requirements at time of award under FAR 52.209-1. The acquisition will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item policies, but interested parties may identify commercial-item interest and capability to the contracting officer.
