The Navy seeks firm-fixed-price repair of the RECEIVER (CAGE 04034, Ref. No. RE-245910), and prices must cover complete repair of material that may be incomplete, damaged, missing hardware/parts, or worn; test-and-evaluation-only quotes are not acceptable. The awardee must be an authorized repair source and comply with IUID, MIL-STD packaging/marking, Government source inspection, FOB source, and CAV reporting. The requested repair turnaround time is 81 days after receipt of the asset, with an induction expiration date 365 days after contract award and a contractor-reported monthly throughput constraint. The Government intends to include a 100% option quantity (4 EA) exercisable within 365 days of award, and the requirement will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Late repair completion can trigger a per-unit/per-month price reduction, and offerors must provide repair unit price, total price, RTAT, new unit price, T&E fee if BR/BER, CAGE/shipping information, and cost breakdown.
