The Defense Logistics Agency requires four optoelectronic displays (NSN 7H-5980-014064807, TDP VER 008) for delivery to DLA Distribution New Cumberland, PA, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin, Tracy, CA. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to contract repair from additional sources, and it has determined that buying the data or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the applicable qualification requirements at time of award under FAR 52.209-1. The acquisition is not being conducted under FAR Part 12 for commercial items, though interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item. Free Trade Agreements and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement may apply if the cited DFARS clauses are included in the solicitation.
