This is a Navy requirement for firm-fixed-price repair of a POWER SUPPLY (CAGE/Ref 15755 RW50S/5-AFX3), and quotes limited to test and evaluation only will not be accepted. The awardee must be an authorized repair source and comply with IUID, MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB source, and CAV reporting requirements. The Government requests an 88-day repair turnaround time after receipt of the asset, a 365-day induction expiration after contract award, records retention of 365 days after final delivery, and a minimum 90-day quote validity. The Government intends to add an option for up to 100% additional quantity (26 EA), exercisable within 365 days of award. Award will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation, and quotes must include repair unit price, total price, RTAT, new unit price, and CAGE/shipping information.
