This Navy requirement is for repair of the CONVERTER,DIGITAL T (CAGE 1BCK1, ref. 536718), and only firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated repair pricing will be accepted; test-and-evaluation-only quotes are not acceptable. The awardee must be an authorized repair source, and the Government requests a 76-day repair turnaround time after receipt of asset, with an induction expiration 365 days after contract award and a contractor-provided monthly throughput constraint. The contractor must comply with MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB source, CAV reporting, IUID, and MIL-STD-130 marking requirements. Quotes must include repair unit price, total price, RTAT, new unit price, BR/BER test-and-evaluation fee if applicable, and award/inspection/facility CAGE information, with a requested minimum 90-day quote validity and 365-day inspection-record retention after final delivery.
