This NAVSUP WSS requirement is for repair of an INDICATOR GROUP (CAGE 12763, ref. 62416-500), with only firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated repair quotes accepted; test-and-evaluation-only quotes will not be accepted. The awardee must be an authorized repair source and comply with MIL-STD packaging, Government Source Inspection, FOB Source, CAV reporting, IUID, and bilateral award acceptance. The requested repair turnaround time is 80 days after receipt of asset, with induction expiring 365 days after contract award; late RTAT performance incurs reconciliation price reductions unless the delay is excusable. Contractors must provide a monthly throughput constraint and quote repair/new unit prices, RTAT, BR/BER T&E fee if applicable, CAGE information, cost breakdown, and a quote expiration of at least 90 days.
