NAVSUP WSS seeks a firm-fixed-price repair of a digital converter under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, and only authorized repair sources will be eligible, with award not delayed while an unauthorized source seeks authorization. The contractor must perform complete repair to the specified CAGE/reference requirements and comply with MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB Source, CAV reporting, and IUID requirements. The Government requests a Repair Turnaround Time of 341 days after receipt of asset and sets an induction expiration date 365 days after contract award; late deliveries may incur per-unit/per-month price reductions unless excusable. Quotes must be for repair only, not test and evaluation, should remain valid at least 90 days, and will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. Offerors must provide throughput constraints, pricing, RTAT, CAGE information, and other requested quote details.
