The Navy seeks a competitive firm-fixed-price repair contract for the CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB (CAGE/refs 28199, 34246, and 35181, MA299034-01), and quotes limited to test and evaluation will not be accepted. The awardee must be an authorized repair source or authorized distributor of the original manufacturer’s item, with proof on company letterhead, and award will not be delayed while an unauthorized source seeks authorization. Quotes should include unit repair price, total FFP repair price, and repair turnaround time, and will be evaluated on best value using price, past performance, and supplier performance risk in that order of relative importance. Repair must follow the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul standards and Government-approved documents, with MIL-STD-130 marking, contractor inspection/testing per original manufacturer specifications and drawings, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging as specified in the schedule. The contractor must keep inspection records complete and available during performance and for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
