The Navy is seeking repair of a VALVE,REGULATING,FL (CAGE 35795, ref. DDB0YS-3 2IN) under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with accelerated and incremental delivery encouraged. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 200 days from receipt at the contractor’s facility to Government acceptance, and the Government may add an option quantity at the awarded unit price within 365 days. Award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s written acceptance; Government Source Inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin, and the Navy handles freight under the CAV Statement of Work. Quotes should include unit/total price, RTAT or capacity constraints if unable to meet 200 days, RMA/delivery vehicle if applicable, beyond-repair T&E fee, CAGE/performance-location information, and new-unit price/lead time for comparison. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer are eligible, with proof of authorization required, and repair must follow OEM specifications and contractor repair/overhaul standards with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging.
