The Navy is seeking repair of the THRUST SHOE W/INSTR (CAGE 75333, ref. 482480-004) under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with the resulting award issued bilaterally and requiring the contractor’s written acceptance. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 229 days from physical receipt of the asset at the contractor’s facility to Government acceptance, with accelerated/incremental delivery encouraged and late RTAT subject to per-unit/per-month price reductions. Government Source Inspection is required; freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy per the CAV Statement of Work, and repair must comply with contractor repair/overhaul standards, MIL-STD-129 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, mercury-free requirements, and 365-day record retention after final delivery.
