The Government seeks a 200-day Repair Turnaround Time measured from asset return to acceptance, requires Government Source Inspection, and imposes per-unit/per-month price reductions for inexcusable lateness up to a contractor-stated maximum. Quotes must include unit/total price, RTAT or capacity constraints if the 200-day requirement cannot be met, RMA if applicable, CAGE/performance-location information, and new-unit price/lead time for repair-versus-buy comparison.
