This RFQ is for repair of a TURBOSUPERCHARGER,N under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with FOB Origin freight and Navy-managed freight under the CAV Statement of Work. The Government seeks a 100-day Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), encourages accelerated and incremental delivery, and will apply per-unit/per-month price reductions for excusable-delay-excepted late RTAT performance. Government Source Inspection is required, and repair must meet CAGE 973S4 reference VTC254P-16-10100 requirements, MIL-STD-130 marking, and applicable packaging requirements. Quotes must include unit/total price, RTAT or capacity constraints if unable to meet the required RTAT, RMA/delivery vehicle information if applicable, T&E pricing if beyond repair, CAGE/performance-location information, and new-unit price/lead-time comparison. Award will be bilateral requiring written contractor acceptance, and consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item with proof submitted on company letterhead.
