This RFQ seeks repair of the THRUST SHOE W/INSTR (CAGE 75333, reference 482480-008), with Government Source Inspection required and freight handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work. The Government requires a repair turnaround time of 230 days from asset return to acceptance and encourages accelerated or incremental delivery before scheduled dates. Quoters must provide unit and total price, RTAT or capacity constraints, testing/evaluation pricing if the asset is beyond repair, and new-unit price/lead-time for comparison. The resultant contract may include an option quantity, and late RTAT performance will incur per-unit/per-month price reductions up to a stated maximum. Award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s written acceptance, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered unless proof is provided.
