The Navy seeks repair of a rotary pump (CAGE 59180, ref. no. SF-10837) under a bilateral award, with quotes to include unit/total price, repair turnaround time (RTAT), capacity constraints if the Government’s required RTAT cannot be met, beyond-repair testing/evaluation pricing, and new-unit price/lead-time for comparison. Repair must meet operational/functional requirements using the contractor’s standard repair/overhaul practices and applicable manufacturer specifications/drawings, with MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD 2073 packaging, and Government source inspection. The Government intends to add an option quantity and may impose a per-unit/per-month price reduction for inexcusable late RTAT performance, with added items delivered at the same rate unless otherwise agreed. Accelerated/incremental delivery before scheduled delivery dates is encouraged; freight is FOB Origin and Navy-handled under the CAV Statement of Work, with CAV transaction reporting due by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt and records kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
