The Navy requires repair of an RF ELECT ASSY, POWER SUPPLY, and MULTIPLEXER, accepting only firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated pricing and rejecting test-and-evaluation-only quotes. The awardee must be an authorized repair source/distributor for the original manufacturer, with proof of authorization on signed company letterhead submitted with the offer. Repair must follow approved practices and specified CAGE/reference numbers, including a protective cage for Wave Guide RF cabling, with marking to MIL-STD-130 and packaging to MIL-STD-2073. Quotes must include unit repair price, total repair price, repair turnaround time, and cost-constraint type, and must be emailed to tyler.l.curfman.civ@us.navy.mil. Inspection records must be kept complete and available to the Government for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
