The Navy seeks repair of a DISPLAY UNIT under CAGE 70MF8, reference 4220R3B-352-21Q, with work to follow the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul practices and original manufacturer specifications/drawings. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 176 days from physical asset return to Government acceptance, and Government Source Inspection is required. Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility Statement of Work; the award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s written acceptance. The Government may add an increased-quantity option with a 365-day ARO period, delivering added items at the same rate, and unexcusable delays incur a price reduction of 1% of unit price per unit per month. Offerors should provide unit/total pricing, RTAT and capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, RMA if applicable, awardee/inspection/performance CAGE information, and testing/evaluation pricing if an asset is beyond repair.
