NAVSUP WSS seeks repair of the MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY under CAGE/reference numbers 1N8S8 V0-181-020-48 and 1R6S6 V0-181-020-48, with work performed to the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul practices and applicable drawings/manuals. The contractor is responsible for inspection/testing, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD 2073 packaging, and retaining inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery; Government Source Inspection is required and freight is FOB Origin with the Navy handling freight under the CAV SOW. Offerors must provide unit and total pricing, repair/procurement turnaround time, CAGE information, and a repair-versus-new-buy price comparison, including an RMA if applicable and a testing/evaluation fee if an asset is beyond repair. The government intends to add an option for increased quantity, exercisable by written notice within the FAR 52.217-6 period identified as 365 days, with added-item delivery continuing at the same rate unless otherwise agreed. Contractors that miss the required repair turnaround time will incur per-unit/per-month price reductions for unexcused delay, and accelerated delivery is encouraged at no additional cost to the government.
