This Navy requirement is for repair of the DRIVER UNIT,NULLING under CAGE 10001, reference 2892921, with ISO9001 quality requirements, Government Source Inspection, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging; only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered. The Government requires a 32-day Repair Turnaround Time, with excusable delays excluded and late performance subject to a per-unit/per-month price reduction up to a contractor-specified maximum. Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work; award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s signed acceptance, and the Government may add option quantities at the unit price within 365 days. Offers must include unit and total price, RTAT or capacity constraints, pricing basis/history for new or increased-price items, BR/BER testing-and-evaluation fee basis, CAGE/performance-location information, and new-unit price and lead time for comparison. Contractors must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
