CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB
This NAVSUP WSS requirement is for repair of a Circuit Card Assembly (CAGE 38200, refs 148015-10 and 148015-20) in accordance with the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul standards and MIL-STD-130 marking and packaging requirements. The Government seeks an 89-day repair turnaround time measured from physical receipt at the contractor’s facility in CAV through Government acceptance, with required Government source inspection and FOB Origin freight handled by the Navy under the CAV SOW. The contractor must report CAV transactions by the fifth business day after receipt and retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery; late delivery may trigger per-unit/per-month price reductions. The resultant bilateral award may include an option to increase quantity at the quoted unit price, and quotes should provide unit/total pricing, RTAT and capacity constraints if the 89-day RTAT cannot be met, T&E pricing if the asset is beyond repair, new-unit price/lead time for comparison, and applicable RMA/vehicle information. Offerors should also provide CAGE/performance-location details, proof of authorized-distributor status when applicable, and similar-item/NSN or prior-pricing support if the item has not been previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or pricing has increased.
