The Navy seeks repair of a POWER SUPPLY (CAGE 0KPC5, ref. CCHA40380-2) under a bilateral RFQ award, with FOB Origin freight, Navy-handled freight via CAV, and Government Source Inspection required. The required repair turnaround time is 23 days from CAV receipt to Government acceptance, and late RTAT incurs per-unit/per-month price reductions. Offerors must quote unit/total price, RTAT and capacity constraints if unable to meet 23 days, pricing basis or historical invoice if new/increased, T&E fee if BR/BER, CAGE information, new-unit price/lead time, and proposed late-delivery reduction amount and cap. Repairs must follow OEM specifications/drawings, IPC J-STD-001 Class 2 soldering, MIL-STD-130 marking, and an acceptable inspection system (MIL-I-45208 or ISO 9001/9002), with records retained 365 days after final delivery. The Government may add option quantity at the awarded unit price, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer with proof submitted.
