This U.S. Navy total small business set-aside buy is for manufacture of a CARRIER, WEAPONS to specified drawings (including 651AS100 and related drawings) at the latest revisions, with ISO 9001 quality requirements, critical safety item designation, and government source inspection. Offerors must verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN; if not the OEM, provide OEM authorization as a distributor, and may need to submit similar NSN/historical pricing or invoice documentation if the item was not previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or if prices increased. Production lot testing is required, with one unit per order or per 20-unit lot (whichever is greater) tested at the contractor’s facility, and a test report must be submitted within 30 days after test completion. The government intends to include an option to increase quantity, exercisable by written notice within 365 days, with added items delivered at the same rate as the original items. All freight is FOB Origin, accelerated delivery is encouraged, and packaging/marking must comply with MIL-STD 2073 and MIL-STD-130.
