This is a NAVSUP WSS RFQ for repair of the ANTENNA (CAGE 66544, reference 2099-1100). Quotes must include unit and total price, proposed repair turnaround time (RTAT), and capacity constraints if the Government’s required RTAT cannot be met; accelerated delivery is encouraged. Award will be bilateral and require signed acceptance, with Government Source Inspection required; freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work. Late RTAT performance will incur per-unit/per-month price reductions via a reconciliation modification, except for excusable delays, without limiting other remedies including termination for default. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer may be considered, with proof on company letterhead; repaired items must meet OEM specifications/drawings, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging.
