NAVSUP WSS seeks repair of the AMPLIFIER,RADIO FRE under Emergency Acquisition Authority, with work performed to contractor repair/overhaul standards and the specified CAGE/reference (072E5 G750489-2), Raytheon test document CN276624 amending TRG750489 REV L to REV Y, MIL-STD-129 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Quotes must include unit/total price, proposed Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), capacity constraints if the Government’s RTAT cannot be met, CAGE/performance and inspection locations, RMA/delivery vehicle information if applicable, and new-unit price/lead time for comparison. The contractor must report asset receipt in CAV by the fifth business day, obtain Government final inspection/acceptance within the RTAT, and retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery; freight is FOB Origin with Navy-handled freight under the CAV SOW and Government Source Inspection required. The Government intends to add an option quantity at the awarded unit price via written notice within the FAR 52.217-6 period, and late RTAT performance will incur per-unit/per-month price reductions up to a contractor-stated maximum without limiting other remedies. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, and proof of authorized-distributor status must accompany the offer.
