CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB
The Navy requires repair and quality assurance for a CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB (CAGE 52088 / A0095320), including teardown and evaluation, full repair, inspection/testing, MIL-STD marking/packaging, ESD control, and mercury-free requirements for submarine/surface ship use. This is an Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities requirement, and any award will be a bilateral, DPAS-rated order requiring the contractor’s written acceptance. Offerors that are not the OEM must identify the OEM (name and CAGE) and provide an OEM-signed distributor authorization letter; award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item. Pricing must be an estimated full-repair price that includes all costs for receipt and repair of material in unwhole/damaged/missing-parts condition, plus cost of new for evaluation, TD&E rate, repair turnaround time, throughput constraints, and induction expiration; the requested RTAT is 200 days, with price reductions for missed RTAT. Teardown and evaluation must be completed within 90/120 days after receipt of carcasses, and an option for increased quantity may be exercised within 365 days.
