This is a Navy repair requirement for a POWER SUPPLY (CAGE 03538, reference 77C951822G301) under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with award issued bilaterally and requiring the contractor’s written acceptance. Offerors that are not the OEM must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter, and any exceptions such as MIL-STD packaging/labeling or inspection/acceptance locations must be stated in the quote. The contractor must complete teardown and evaluation within 180 days after receipt of the carcass(es) and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for the full repair effort. The requested repair turnaround time is 183 days, with price reductions for missed RTAT and final Government inspection/acceptance required within the contract RTAT. An option allows the Government to add quantity by modification up to 365 days after award, and award will be based on the lowest aggregate total price inclusive of the option.
