The Navy requires repair/overhaul of NRP, KEYBOARD, DATA E (CAGE 52088, ref. N118509-2) under an Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities action, with the award issued bilaterally and requiring contractor written acceptance. The contractor must complete teardown and evaluation within 180 days after receipt of carcasses and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for the full repair effort, with a requested repair turnaround time of 183 days for final inspection and acceptance. Pricing must include all costs for receipt and complete repair, including damaged/missing parts and CAV reporting, plus new-item cost for evaluation and any exceptions such as MIL-STD packaging/labeling or inspection/acceptance locations. The contract will be DO-rated under DPAS and includes a 365-day post-award option for increased quantity, evaluated on lowest aggregate total price for the total quantity including the option. If not the OEM, the offeror must identify the OEM and provide signed distributor authorization; material must be mercury-free and conform to specified repair, marking, packaging, inspection, and quality requirements.
