The Navy requires repair of MOUNT,RESILIENT,WEA items (CAGE 06742, reference 67DP-14568-01) under an Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities procurement that will be a DO-rated DPAS order and awarded bilaterally upon contractor written acceptance. Repair must follow the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul standards plus OEM specifications/drawings, with MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD 2073 packaging, and government inspection/acceptance; non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter. Offerors should provide an estimated price for the full repair effort and include all receipt/repair costs, TD&E rate, repair turnaround time, throughput constraints, and induction expiration date; the vendor will have 120 days after receipt of carcasses to complete teardown/evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price repair quote. The requested repair turnaround time is 110 days, with price reductions for missed RTAT, and the resulting contract includes a one-year warranty from delivery plus a 365-day option for increased quantity after award. Evaluation will be based on lowest aggregate total price for the total quantity inclusive of the option, and offerors must state any exceptions to packaging, labeling, inspection/acceptance, or other requirements.
