This is a Navy small-business set-aside repair/overhaul requirement for the INTERACTIVE TEST UNIT (CAGE 28199, ref. 10-4300 TY 1), conducted under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities and subject to DPAS DO rating; award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s written acceptance. Contractors must complete teardown and evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price repair quote within 120 days after receipt of carcasses, with a requested repair turnaround time of 627 days and final Government inspection/acceptance required within that RTAT. The Government may exercise an option quantity within 365 days of award at the same delivery time and price, and repaired items carry a one-year warranty from delivery. Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter, and packaging facility details are required if packaging occurs at a different location. Evaluation will be based on the lowest aggregate total price for total quantity including the option, with repair pricing covering all receipt/repair costs, exceptions, RTAT/capacity constraints, and mercury-free, marking, packaging, and quality requirements.
