The Navy requires repair of RELAY ASSEMBLY units (CAGE 94404, reference G786443-3), including teardown and evaluation of carcasses followed by a Firm-Fixed Price quote for full repair. Vendors have 90 days after receipt of carcasses to complete the teardown/evaluation and submit their repair quote, and the requested repair turnaround time is 300 days from induction. The award will be issued bilaterally, certified as a DO-rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System, and pursued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. Repair pricing must cover all costs for material in unwhole or damaged condition, missing hardware or parts, wear damage, and CAV reporting, with the contractor responsible for all inspection and testing per OEM specifications and drawings. An option provision allows the Government to add up to 100% additional quantity via modification within 365 days of award, and the item is subject to electromagnetic interference, electrostatic discharge, mercury-free, and MIL-STD marking and packaging requirements.
