Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter, and if packaging occurs at a different location, provide that facility’s name, address, and CAGE. Upon receipt of correct F-condition carcass(es), the vendor has 90 days to complete teardown and evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for full repair, including new-item cost, TD&E rate, repair turnaround time, throughput constraint, and induction expiration date. Quotes must state any exceptions (such as MIL-STD packaging/labeling, inspection/acceptance locations, or surplus materials), and award is limited to authorized distributors.
