The Navy requires repair of the IMU, SDI identified by CAGE 06811 / reference 8475547 for a total of 6 units. Award will be bilateral and DO-rated under DPAS. Offerors that are not the OEM must identify the OEM name and CAGE and provide a signed OEM distributor authorization letter; if packaging will occur at a different location, provide the packaging facility’s name, address, and CAGE. Pricing must be an estimated full repair price, include all receipt/repair costs, and specify any exceptions; the requested repair turnaround time is 126 days, with final inspection/acceptance within that RTAT and price reductions for missed RTAT. Repair must follow OEM specifications/drawings and contractor repair practices, with MIL-STD-129 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, mercury-free materials, ANSI/ESD S20.20 ESD control, one-year warranty from delivery, and inspection records retained 365 days after final delivery.
