The U.S. Navy requires manufacture of an optoelectronic switch defined by CAGE code 53711 and reference number 7498619, subject to specified Navy drawings, MIL-STD-130 marking, quality assurance, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. Award will be a firm-fixed-price, bilateral contract requiring contractor written acceptance, and it will be DO-rated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System. Evaluation will be based on the lowest aggregate total price for the total quantity, including any option provision, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered, with proof of authorization required. If drawings are included, access must be requested on the SAM.gov Contract Opportunities page and followed by an email to the listed point of contact. Inspection records must be kept complete and available to the Government during performance and for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
