This Navy requirement, pursuant to Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities and set aside for total small business, is for manufacture and contract quality requirements of the PLATE ASSY,RES (A3), which must meet drawing 5855129 (CAGE 53711) and associated specifications. The item must be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use and comply with ISO 9001 quality system, ESD control, MIL-STD-129 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging, with FOB destination. The contract may include an option to add additional quantity within 365 days after award, and pricing must be submitted for the option; award evaluation is lowest aggregate total price for the total quantity including the option. A one-year warranty from delivery applies, and inspection records must be kept for four years after final delivery. Award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor’s written acceptance, and all contractual documents are considered issued when mailed, faxed, or sent electronically.
