This Navy procurement is a total small business set-aside for manufacture and quality assurance of a CABLE ASSEMBLY,SPEC per drawing 5893729 and related specifications, with identified quantities of 12 and 11 units. The award will be bilateral, DO-rated under DPAS, and placed under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities; an option allows the Government to add quantity for 365 days after award, and pricing/evaluation must include the option on a lowest aggregate total price basis. Compliance requirements include ISO 9001, production lot testing/approval, serialization and MIL-STD-129/130 marking, mercury-free construction, configuration control, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. A Government security clearance and classified-document access under DD Form 254 are required, and qualification may require manufacturing and testing two each of the 5W1, 5W2, 5W7, and 5W8 cable assemblies. A one-year warranty from delivery applies, and inspection records must be retained for four years after final delivery.
