NAVSUP WSS seeks repair of a butterfly valve (CAGE 53154, ref. 83900-1) under an Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities RFQ; award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s written acceptance. The required repair turnaround time is 360 days from asset return to Government acceptance, accelerated delivery is encouraged and accepted before scheduled delivery, and late RTAT incurs per-unit/per-month price reductions. Contractors must quote pricing type, RTAT or capacity constraints, RMA and delivery-vehicle information, pricing basis if the item was not previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS, beyond-repair T&E fee, and new-unit price/lead-time comparison. Government source inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin with Navy-handled freight under CAV, and repaired items must meet original manufacturer specifications/drawings and MIL-STD-130 marking. The Government intends to add a 100% option quantity exercisable within 365 days of contract award at the same unit price and delivery rate, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered for award.
