Freight is FOB Origin, and accelerated delivery before the scheduled delivery date(s) is encouraged. Offerors must provide firm unit and total prices, procurement turnaround time, awardee CAGE, inspection/acceptance CAGE if not at source, and delivery vehicle information, and non-manufacturers must address the traceability notice. Award will be made only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, with proof of authorization on company letterhead signed by a responsible official. The contractor must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
