The Government seeks a 228-day repair turnaround time, encourages accelerated delivery at no additional cost, requires Government source inspection, and handles freight FOB Origin via Navy CAV or Proxy CAV under NAVSUPWSSFA24/25. Quotes should include unit/total price, RTAT or capacity constraints, BR/BER test-and-evaluation fee basis, awardee and facility CAGEs, and new-unit price/lead time for comparison, with late RTAT subject to per-unit/month price reductions up to a stated maximum. The bilateral award may include an option quantity exercised at the quoted unit price, and repaired items must be marked per MIL-STD-130, packaged per MIL-STD 2073, and have inspection records retained for 365 days after final delivery. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, who must provide signed letterhead proof with their offer.
