The Navy seeks repair of a centrifugal pump unit identified by CAGE 93232 and reference RW-173417, with repair work performed to the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul standards and applicable manufacturer specifications and drawings. The Government requires a 180-day Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), encourages accelerated delivery, requires Government Source Inspection, and specifies FOB Origin freight handled by Navy CAV or Proxy CAV. Non-excusable delays in meeting the RTAT will incur per-unit/per-month price reductions via a reconciliation modification, without limiting other Government remedies. Quotes should include unit and total price, offered RTAT, capacity constraints if the 180-day RTAT or earlier cannot be met, applicable RMA/delivery vehicle information, and beyond-repair T&E and new-unit price/lead-time comparisons. Award will require the contractor’s written acceptance, and offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer with proof submitted on company letterhead.
