This is a Navy repair requirement for CYLINDER ASSEMBLY,A (CAGE 34712, ref. 7C8-06221), to be repaired per the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul standards and marked per MIL-STD-130. The Government requires a 180-day Repair Turnaround Time; accelerated delivery is encouraged, and non-excusable late delivery incurs per-unit/per-month price reductions. Quotes must include unit and total price, RTAT, capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, and the proposed late-delivery price-reduction amount and cap. Award will be bilateral and require written contractor acceptance; Government source inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin via Navy CAV or proxy CAV, and the Government intends to add an option quantity. Offerors must provide CAGE/facility shipping information, RMA/delivery vehicle details if applicable, and testing/evaluation pricing if an asset is beyond repair; award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer with proof required.
