This is a Navy repair requirement for a VALVE,GLOBE (CAGE 86184, ref. 62830-5IN62722) performed to the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul practices and applicable manufacturer specifications/drawings, with Government source inspection and acceptance. The Government seeks a 180-day Repair Turnaround Time from asset return to acceptance, encourages earlier delivery, and will apply per-unit/per-month price reductions for unexcused lateness; offerors must state unit/total price and RTAT or capacity constraints. The resultant award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s written acceptance, with freight FOB Origin and handled via Navy CAV/Proxy CAV. The Government intends to include an option for increased quantity at the same unit price, exercisable within 365 days, and requires inspection records to be retained for 365 days after final delivery. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and should provide beyond-repair T&E pricing plus new-unit price/lead-time for comparison, if applicable.
