The Navy seeks repair of CCA, ENGINE CONTROL (CAGE 16331, ref. 63E917117G1) on a Women-Owned Small Business sole-source basis, with Government Source Inspection required, FOB Origin freight, and Navy-handled freight under the CAV Statement of Work. Performance is at the awardee’s or subcontractor’s CAGE-designated facility, and the required Repair Turnaround Time is 290 days, with accelerated delivery encouraged and late deliveries subject to per-unit/month price reductions unless excusable. Offerors must provide unit/total pricing, RTAT or capacity constraints, RMA, delivery vehicle, price-reduction amount, beyond-repair T&E fees, new-unit price/lead time, CAGE/performance location information, and option-quantity pricing. The Government intends to add a 100% option quantity within 365 days of contract award at the same delivery turnaround, exercised by modification. Repair must meet contractor standard practices/manuals, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
