This Navy RFQ is for a firm-fixed-price buy of DISPLAY UNITs built to the specified CAGE/reference numbers 63CL1 FXDSP0224 and 66200 FXDSP0224, with manufacture and quality requirements including MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. The contractor is responsible for inspection and compliance, and Government source inspection is required, with freight FOB Origin. Award will be issued bilaterally and requires the contractor’s written acceptance. If the offeror is not the OEM, it must provide an OEM letter or official email confirming it is an authorized distributor. Accelerated CASREP delivery is encouraged at no additional cost to the Government, and inspection records must be retained and available for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
